New Hope Church is very passionate about helping our local community (Iosco County) and sharing the love of Jesus Christ with those closet to us. We believe that by helping people, we share the Good News and hopefully our obedience will help to transform their lives. We have many outreach programs headed by our C.I.A. (Church In Action) team. All of these programs are 100% volunteer run.

Operation Backpack – Collects school supplies (backpacks, pencils, pens, paper, crayons, rulers, etc. . .) donated by the congregation,  and sends them to a distribution agency who then distributes them to the local children of Iosco County schools.

Bountiful Harvest – Provides Thanksgiving Meals to local families. In 2013 Bountiful Harvest home delivered 250 meals including: a turkey, a gallon of milk, potatoes, canned vegetables, stuffing, butter and pumpkin pie.

Christmas Hope – Provides Christmas presents for families who need a little boost during the holiday season. In 2013 Christmas Hope provided 233 children with at least 2 presents each!

Camp Fund – any child that would like to go to camp throughout the year is %100 funded. In 2013 100 kids were fully funded!

Campus Ministry – sends care packages to our students who have went off to college.

Emergency Relief Program – responds to local calls for emergency help. This is a daily outreach helping with a variety of needs including but not limited to: eviction help, utility shut off help, food, clothes, emergency relief of house fires, etc.

If you would like to be apart of any of these ministries please contact the church office to inquire.
