What to Expect

We know that visiting a new church can be intimidating, but you can expect really NICE PEOPLE at New Hope. Come into our Worship Center (the big building on the right), grab something to eat or drink at Grounded and have a seat. We encourage all our visitors and members to wear name tags so we can greet each other by name. Let someone know you’re new, or just fly under the radar. Whichever you choose, we promise we won’t single you out publicly, ask you to say anything, and we definitely don’t expect guests to contribute anything financially. We have a great free gift at our welcome table, so stop by there if you’re interested.

There’s no dress code, so wear whatever you feel comfortable wearing – jeans are certainly well represented on Sunday mornings. Services start at 9:03 and 10:48 and last between 75 and 90 minutes. Our early service has nursery for kids three and under, and during the second service there are kids programs for children up to 8th grade. Arrive 10-15 minutes early so you have time to get your kids settled. Of course, if you prefer to worship as a family, children are certainly welcome at both services.

New Hope strives for relevant communication for today’s world. Praise and worship is upbeat and contemporary – sing and clap along aloud or just in your heart, no one will judge you. The New Hope worship team is committed to providing a creative, compelling and challenging presentation of God’s truth in a safe and welcoming environment. Our focus is to apply Christ’s teachings to our everyday lives, with a message that is Bible-based and practical. We hope to see you on Sunday.
